The Stoddard Firm

I cannot say enough positive things about the Stoddard Firm. The experience exceeded my expectations. They (everyone) were very responsive, persistent, professional and most of all personable. The team was always prepared and on top of everything. Matthew Stoddard is very knowledgeable and will not be backed into a corner! I was extremely impressed with his ability to navigate difficult situations.

Very professional and worked diligently to achieve results.

We are not 100% sure who this person is, and they say they are not a client in their post, but based on what we believe to have occurred here, our response is as follows: In wrongful death cases, family members are sometimes frustrated to learn that they do not have a claim and that another family member has the claim. Regardless of the type of case, we keep our client's information confidential. It is inappropriate for our law firm to share details of a client's case with the client's relatives. If relatives call and ask about the client's case, we tell the relatives that we cannot speak to them about any pending matter. We then call the client and alert them that a relative called. If the client tells us to provide the relative with updates, we do so. If the client tells us to call the relative back and tell the relative not to call again, we do that too. Most often, the client tells us NOT to speak with relatives at all, and that if a relative calls, to merely tell the relatives to call the client.

Morgan and Morgan wouldn't touch my case.
Matthew Stoddard rolled up his sleeves and got to work. He uncovered things no one else would.

He's a straight shooter. These big firms just farm you out to want to be lawyers. If he takes your case, you can't lose!

Matthew Stoddard is above reproach. After thorough research, I decided to give Matt's firm a try. You see, my mother tripped on a faulty sidewalk and broke her hip. This literally changed her life as she knew it. Once an extremely strong and energetic senior, who could make it up 8 flight of stairs quicker than I could take an elevator, went to instantly learning how to walk all over again. I watched the antiquated methods used, in an attempt
to reset her broken hip and all the suffering she endured as they tried for hour after hour to put it back in place. All with absolutely NO anesthesia or painkiller. It was horrific! My mother wouldn't hurt a flea and she'd never file a suit on her own, but someone needed to be held accountable for her accident. I went to work all night searching for the best Attorney for her situation. By the time I found Matt's firm, i had plenty to compare him to. It was about 2:30 AM, when I picked up the phone to leave a message and the next thing I knew, he was calling me back! Within minutes! Who does that? The Stoddard firm does that! He listens and he hears you. He doesn't sit there and make empty promises. He follows the facts and if you're on top of yours, and your case meets the guidelines prescribed by law, then that's where he steps in and takes it from there. Matt is the consummate professional and he gives it to you straight. If he says it'll take time, then give him his space. He'll keep you abreast of the situation, but be assured, he's working hard in the background handling your case...weekdays and weekends. He worked with me on her case while I lived in another state and deployed to other countries, and that's no small feat. The 1 to nine, and ten and a half hour time differences didn't matter. Matt got the job done! Everything I read online about the Stoddard Firm was factual. These opinions are all my own and I wasn't paid or given anything to say them. I'm so glad that I entrust him with my most precious commodity, my beautiful mom. If you're on the fence and can't decide on an attorney...you won't regret going with this firm. If I could, I'd give them a 10.
