The Roth Firm

I had a terrible car accident in which ,I had fractured my C7 in my neck ,I hired the roth firm and worked to get on setting me up with medical care and physical therapy, In under a year we reached a settlement that i am happy with. They promptly returned my phone calls would highly recommend Oscar Spivey and Brenden Lehman at the Roth firm.

My boyfriend got into an accident almost a year ago, he called Amy witherite who put him off on this unprofessional law firm. They never call him back or update him on his case. Texting them and leaving messages is a joke. I told him he can change lawyers. I give this firm and Witherite zero stars!

0 stars. We were never informed, had to keep messaging and phone calls. We did all the leg work for them, left in dark, and then BY A TEXT message they dropped the case. It was not easy money for them. We'll, it was easy money for our new lawyer, they don't care about you, they just care about the $$$$$$$$$$ they can get from you, me and my pregnant wife suffered from an accident, and suffered with the Roth firm. Go somewhere else. We had insurance and the other party did not. That was their whole issue. Didn't matter to the new attorney, he got us straightened out, and is getting us what we deserve

Kav Spivey and his team were so helpful and responsive. He settled my case with minimal disruption to my life with a generous heart and spirit.

Chris Annunziata Is such an awesome lawyer from the beginning to the end!!! He made me feel like he was working for me (not like other firms that are just in it for the money) Chris and Roth made me feel like I mattered the entire process!!! They have a lot of good connections to doctors and therapist and it make a world of difference especially at the end when it’s time to get your money from pain and suffering/injury etc!!! Please if you are looking for an attorney please consider Chris Annunziata (Roth law Firm) on there website it shows how great this firm is and how great the lawyers are!! They don’t have a bunch of hype ads on TV or on Marta buses but they don’t need them because the have the knowledge and experience to get things done quick. Trust me Insurance Companies knows the Roth Firm very well and know they mean business!!!
