I suggest any one who is sensitive to air quality to visit this hotel maybe a year later. The renovation finished this February makes the room beautiful but the smell from the new furniture and paint is really killing me. After just 3 hours in the room, I could not stand it anymore. I feel so dizzy that I can barely stand. To clarify, I knew clearly that this couldn't come from anything else since I felt totally fine when I stayed at another hotel earlier today. I have to checkout and made another reservation at JW almost close to midnight... The staffs are nice but they cannot help a lot regarding the air quality issue. This unpleasant experience really kind of ruins my vacation so far…Report

The Ritz is such a slice of paradise in Orlando. It's stunning, especially at Christmas and everyone there is so friendly.
