I reached out to them concerning a criminal defense issue they said that they specialize in defending cases especially pertaining to criminal. The communication was horrible only when they're talking about taking payments is when they're responsive. They took payment from me and didn't ever look into what I asked they took it upon themselves to do things they way they wanted. They took paperwork from me and never returned it then lied and said they can't make the payment plan effective they way hey promised. Ultimately lied again about them not being able to take up criminal defense that's not what they do at that firm. Smh I'm just highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend I feel as though we're being discriminated and got robbed.

At the time of your original contact, you called on behalf of someone who was in jail . You were not calling for yourself. You advised us that he needed help with a revocation hearing in York county but you did not know a lot of details about the case. You decided to pay for a prison visit so we could go out and visit with the potential client and get more details about what was going on so we could determine whether or not we could assist. The prison visit was done. Our attorney spoke with the potential client about the revocation hearing and we advised that we could help and provided a quote for representation. He also asked numerous questions about a parole violation. Our attorney answered all his questions and explained to him that for various reasons, we could not assist with that parole violation. Following the prison visit, you reached out to us and advised that due to information you discovered about this client while he was in prison, you were no longer willing to pay for his representation. Following that discussion, we discontinued communication with you as you were very clear that you were not going to retain for any further services. Several weeks went by when you reached out again and explained that you had a change of heart and were now willing to pay the fees for representation. We explained to you that you would be able to retain and explained what the payment options would be. Due to the change in circumstances, the payment options had also changed. You were not happy with those options and were under no obligation to retain our services any further. We handled fully the matter for which we were retained, which was to visit the potential client in prison, speak with him about his case and answer his questions and discuss with him all of his options going forward. Your decision not to retain us for any further representation is your choice. We wish you nothing but the best going forward.

I scheduled a call with this firm regarding my legal issue. They responded promptly with a call back exactly at the scheduled time. I explained my issue and was told an attorney would reach out to me the next day.

The next day A. M. Jones called me and was as gentle and professional as possible despite my personal eccentricities and that of the case. No stone was left unturned in her inquisition as to my situation. After hearing my story, she explained plainly in a no-bull sense what my options were, and likely outcome of the case if brought to court. I was empowered to make the appropriate decision.

Long story felt I was dealing with an honest, understanding, and most of all credible firm... and to think they are lawyers !

I would highly recommend the McShane Firm to handle any of your DUI or legal case. I would give attorney Tim Barrouk the highest rating as possible, 5 stars wouldn't be enough. Mr Barrouk is a true professional and he made me feel very confident throughout the entire case. I would also say that paralegal McAdams was great with her informative emails and phone calls concerning court dates and times.

Well attorneys paralegal was great so
Was Jason but you can't beat penndot cases it was over before it started no chance not even sure the judge paid attention.
