The cheaper rooms are actually better because they're quieter, having stayed here twice now. You'd think a super fancy Suite wouldn't be so uninsulated for noise. Have fun hearing everything your neighbors say. ?

Got food poisoning and they won't answer the phone ! Total lack of any respect for their customers! The General Manager should concentrate more on the hotel and less on her social life with club membership!
