I had an exceptional experience with The Maddox Firm.
There is a much smaller pool of attorneys that handle private sector insurance claims versus Social Security claims. The private sector is a very different animal as each insurance company has its own rules. After searching for hours and thoroughly reviewing websites of these specialized attorneys, I decided to call The Maddox Firm.

She took the time to listen to my needs and asked me to send the information I had received from my insurance company via email for them to review. She quickly responded with a time to speak to Mr. Maddox via phone the same day. As I initially spoke to Matthew Maddox, I once again felt my best interest was priority one. By the end of our conversation, he had given me a clear, concise and easily understood assessment of my situation. He then followed up with a recap email immediately after the call ended. His opinion was spot on, and I had a positive outcome with the Insurance carrier.
