Everything had seemed to be fine in the facility for the first five months until my rent went up. I called to get an explanation I was told that it was able to go up during my contract due to surrounding areas and the market. I was frustrated but understood and explained that I will be moving out by the end of the month. When I called to figure out if I was able to get a refund since I was moving out 10 days before the end of the month the woman on the phone was pretty rude. When I got to the facility and was doing my move out process she was extremely unpleasant. Questioning if the people helping me we're going to attempt to back in a trailer as well as saying the gate would be closing an hour before the actual store closed so we would have to detach our trailer and move our truck so the garage door could shut. When I went to hand in my lock and key she continued to do whatever she was doing on her computer without making eye contact with me and said "thanks" in, once again, a rude manor. I did not once speak to her in a disrespectful way after all the inconvenience I've experienced with this facility toward the end and would not recommend renting here. $200 for a 10x10 is absurd especially if you're going there to be treated poorly.

I am a customer service oriented consumer. I want a person who is in my location not a call center and I want to see the people I call when I go into the business who are happy to help! This is The Lock Up! The staff is incredible, helpful, and they go the extra mile like staying late because you were behind in your move on a Saturday. The place is clean and dry.
The garage bay concept for unloading provides a safe environment that is dry in the event it's raining when you unload or load.
You absolutely can't go wrong by choosing this storage facility!

Definitely excellent personnel who respond calmly under pressure. Problems arose when a tennant was moving in while Melanie was handling my new registration. With grace and calm, she handled circumstances and provided solution to the problem. All and everyone was cared for with gratitude and satisfaction. Besides the personnel, the place is clean, accessible, and competitively priced.

Very nice place at affordable prices.

Great location.
The entrance is on the next street after the one Google maps takes you.

This firm is engaging in price gauging, and in a pandemic too. "What is considered price gouging: Price increases that are "grossly in excess of the price prior to the declaration" When price gouging laws apply: During a state of emergency."
I have been a customer of theirs for over four years and as I'm sure many of their customers in Florida are, I do not live near the facility. I am currently being charged $145.00 for a unit they are advertising for $88.00. and am being told I can come move my stuff to another unit of the same size to get the $88.00 price.

This is PRICE GAUGING, it is certainly immoral and probably illegal too!

I'm happy with the Self-Service, I do it and they provide good facilities but really the price differential is extreme! Now, try to get in touch with anyone of import, a legal department........

Reviews clearly work! I had a very pleasant conversation with the territory manager today. I didn't back off my position and he explained theirs. We were able to reach an accomodation. I did have a pleasant experience in the end.
