The Lock Up Self Storage

A gear central location if you live in town. Facility is regularly maintained and cleaned. When I use the facility it seems hardly ever crowded. But that's just my own experience. So it works for me. Parking can sometimes be a hassle when you have a big vehicle like mine. Homeless and crime hasn't seem to be an issue like other facilities I've used.

The crew working here is OUTSTANDING! They went out of their way to help me find the right space for me while I had to take critical measurements of several different spaces. They were extremely friendly. All charges were presented up front. They made me feel important as a customer and gave me the impression that I was cared for beyond as that of a customer. This included Mary Ann, Eric, Rob, and Josh. As a side note, upon leaving, I thought I lost my phone there (which I later found at my residence), and they went way out of their way in trying to help me find my phone on top of all of the help they had already given. As far as the space goes; it was priced fairly and the units are centrally located to me in Waikiki. I'm very pleased with the Lock Up Self Storage and this is the second time in my life that I have rented a storage unit with them.

I revived bad bad customer service all that time
They changed the price although I confirmed with them and after complain they don't listen and pushed me extra barge a lot
Change the price so many times

Always thinking how to get extra money from us
So sad …..

My wife got issues this Strage
All that time gave us wrong information
And added cost more cost more again again
My wife got precise change once 6 month
+10 +10 +10 ……. now $174
First step she got price was $75 and manager said
Included insurance goes up $150 that's w price first step
And they said don't need pay late fee after changed mind and add tone of late fee

This time my wife asked payment and confirmed with Josh $ 239.84 if pay 10/10 before
But manager said that no it's not true and add other fee again again
My wife complain about it they said that's not true
And push her extra payment
I heard that so many extra payment here

all good experiences here! nice staff- clean facility, a little pricey but worth it ??

Very clean convenient great parking. Staff is super nice.

They raise price constantly, even during pandemic. I will move to other storage soon.
