While the facility is clean, and staff friendly, the rate increases every nine months are exorbitant. I am told they are "corporate ". Whether it is corporate greed or not, it is ridiculous to expect tenants who pay their storage rent on time to "negotiate" every "nine" months. We found a cheaper, similar, local option. Hopefully, they wake up! In one year we were increased over one hundred dollars...."MOVING ON "!!!
