Unfortunately my case wasnt a case that Mr Altman could take, however he patiently heard me out personally and sent me in the right direction! Thank you!

Sent 8 emails outlining a malpractice issue over the course of 3 wks. Had to keep asking for replies constantly. Called and left messages twice and still got no response. Can't imagine any worse service from an attorney. If there is no case then tell me. He wasted my time. Don't waste yours.

I tried to help Ms. Mastro who contacted me on her husband's behalf. I cautioned her at the outset that I am a very busy practitioner and may be difficult to reach and that she may have to be patient. Two or three times I asked her for additional information as we went back and forth by email until I was able to narrow the issues. She claimed medical expertise and was somewhere between indifferent and dismissive of what I said. She then apparently lost patience and left me a nasty email about my not replying fast enough which led me to conclude that she and I were done. It's unfortunate that I was not able to fully investigate the matter. We never met, spoke briefly a few times and she was ... let's say ... a little difficult. I don't regret that we are are no longer trying to work together and I suspect I am only one of many that she has vented her ire upon. She was never even a client.

Highly recommend having Jared represent you. He was fantastic. He answered all my call or got back to me quickly. He did his best to get me in the best possible result and isn't all about the money like other lawyers. He doesn't nickle and dime you. great guy on top of it

I highly recommend Mr. Altman. He was of tremendous help to me in a complicated case, which initially I thought I couldn't win but in the end I won with an unexpectedly good result. He is extremely knowledgeable, particularly about local laws (in my case it is Town of Cortlandt). He found a town code that was vital for the victory of my case. Throughout my case, he had acted highly professionally, and had been easy to reach (available in evening hours via phone and email). His charges are reasonable without any hidden charges. I am in debted to him for his help.

Thank you for spreading the word about my fee practices. I think that I am kind of unique in that way. Money is not everything.

I highly recommend Mr. Altman for a number of reasons.
I first contacted him via his office number on a weekend. He answered immediately and had me come see him immediately. Jared gave me his cell phone number and answered immediately 99% of the time. The other times he returned the call promptly. Ditto for emails and text messages.
I was very upset about the situation and he showed genuine concern for me.
He explained his fee schedule in depth. At no time did I feel that I was being taken advantage of.
But here is the most important reason: he knows the law! He wasn't just collecting a fee and pushing my case through the system. He applied his knowledge of our judicial system and his knowledge of existing law regarding my case. He didn't BS me about the possible outcomes of the case.
But....He was successful in getting my case dismissed!
I am grateful to him!

Thank you, Lisa. Some people don't like when I am candid with them. But being honest from the outset is a lot better than trying to explain why what you said in the beginning isn't so anymore!

I was lucky to have found this amazing lawyer. He immediately understood all aspects of the complicated case. He supported me through all stages of the litigation and straightened out the problems. The settlement was quite adequate and we are totally satisfied. I highly recommend Jared Altman.

Thank you. Brooke's case was interesting. There were surveys, easements, street and sidewalk repairs performed by some "phantom" and multiple defendants all trying to blame each other while in total agreement that no one owed anything to Brooke. I was delighted to get her a just result.

I want to extend a huge Thank You to Mr. Altman. He demonstrated professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question it was answered in language I understood. Mr. Altman offered affordable rates and always answered the phone when ever I needed him. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of my case !
