Harrison was great to work with. He had good communication via phone, got me in the same day and was prompt with the information I needed. I understand last minute same day work cannot be done all the time but I had a really serious technology malfunction and needed answers quickly so I really appreciated that I had someone local to give me their professional expertise. I will be recommending and certainly going back if another issue comes up.

I told him that my display needed to be replaced. He instead thought it was a hardware issue that would be a cheap easy repair. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing from him. I call asking about my computer and he said it wasn’t a hardware problem and the display needed to be replaced. It would cost 600-800 dollars(which I expected). I told him I was probably not going to go through with it, but would like my computer back. I was expecting my computer to be returned the way I brought it to him. Instead when he returned it, he gave me my computer with a bag with all the screws that go with my computer. In addition, it was missing the Apple wifi antenna and you need the specific screwdrivers to put the computer back together. Very disappointed how this was handled. I would have rather attempted making this repair myself to see if I could get it to work, rather than having to jump in mid assembly and figure out where things should go.

My computer crashed when trying to do a system restore. I took it to King Electronics and they installed a new hard drive and transferred over all of my files. It was done quickly too. Very impressed. Highly recommend them.
