The Katchakid

Oscar did a wonderful job installing a vinyl Katch-a-Kid net for my pool. Easy to use and makes my pool safe!

I sadly regret making the decision to put in a pool net with Katchakid. The technician, Oscar, left many gouges and chips in my pavers. I have parts where he chipped off 2 inch pieces. He didn’t alert me of the damage, I had to find it out myself after looking at the completed work. He barely even made an effort to try and fix it. His solution was just put some cement to adhere it and cover with white caulk. It looks terrible and not even close to matching, with most of it falling off once he left. It gave the impression that he didn’t care about my pool, because his attention to detail reflected that. One positive is that the net wasn’t too challenging to put on and off. However with the net fully tightened, I lightly place my hand on the net and it goes straight to the water. I’m not sure if the technician just didn’t install it tight enough, but my toddler could fall on the net, and still go face first in the water, while now being tangled in the net. I’m out a significant amount of money, and in return I get damaged pavers and a net that doesn’t provide much safety from the water. I wish I could go back and choose a better option.

Installer was on time and very professional. He took the time to show me how to use the net myself. Simple and seamless, highly recommend!

Carlos and Colton installed our pool net system and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations. They said we could contact them if we have any questions after they left. We are happy with their work and pleased with the service they provided.

Carlos installed our Katchakid pool net today and we could not be more happy with how the whole process went. Super friendly, prompt, responsive and helpful explaining the install and answering questions about how they’d deal with our water fall. Was very detail oriented explaining/teaching us how to remove & reinstall the net!

Very happy with our Katchakid technician Mr. Carlos. He was courteous, professional, on time, and patient! We had a brand new pool and he was able to identify problem areas in the pool coping as he was installing the net. Therefore our builder had to come back and re-do a portion of the coping. I never would have identified the issue had it not been for him, so I am so grateful. Carlos was very good at explaining how to put on and take off the net and the gate for our pool… he even recommended I take a video so I can refer back to it later if I had any questions. Lastly- he was very mindful of leaving the work area as clean as possible. It was raining on day of installation, but he hosed down muddy footprints on the decking which I so appreciated. Overall a great experience! Thank you, Carlos! You’re an asset to Katchakid!

Pool net

We had a pool net installed. Highly recommend this. I contemplated a fence but I love that my toddler is safe and I can still enjoy the view of the pool. It looks good and has given me peace of mind. Chris and Andrew did my installation. They were quick, friendly and very professional. These guys know what they are doing! When they finished
Installation. The net was explained how to roll it up and roll it back out. I feel confident on what i’m doing after just the first time of them showing me. It’s really quick and easy to cover and uncover. I love it!

Chris and Dre did a phenomenal job. They did a high quality install of our pool net and showed me how to use it. They also did a fence installation at my parents house. Would highly recommend !
