The Hub at 31 Brewerytown

We truly have enjoyed the past few years at The Hub. Neighbor's are so friendly, amenities nice and cared for and parking OMG, parking included. Zoe and the social events are so wonderful. Can't imagine loving life anywhere else in the area. The Hub and Brewerytown have become home.

I Love living here so glad that I chose to make this my home. The fact that the expressway is about 2 minutes away that's a plus. The monthly events within the complex allow you to get to know your neighbors. Everyone is so friendly I made new friends instantly. If you have pets or are a dog lover this is the place for you. Morning workouts and coffee are always available. Oh and late night fire pit conversations and some grilling. Come visit and sign your lease they have a parking spot waiting for you. I love the inside of my apartment and the staff are very friendly.

Lived here for a year and a half. You could hear the neighbors all around you. Rent was to high for the quality of poor management in handling residents' bad habits and repairing appliances. Parking was decent.

I have been very pleased with The Hub in the 2.5 years I have lived here. While things got off to a rocky start in June of 2019, I feel the current management team/office staff, maintenance and social events coordinator found their groove. The Hub amenity space has been well maintained and is a great place to hang out with friends or get away from the work from home routine. The last thought is how accommodating Amy the property manager has been during a pandemic. She truly has tried her best to help where she can.

Great place, great amenities. Apartments are nicely designed modern. great for couples or singles and anyone with pets. Location is pretty good too. Very close to everything. The community is also really nice, so far everyone we've met while living here the passed year have been super nice also very dog friendly. Staff is very helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, there is a VERY loud freight train that goes by behind the parking lot. It goes by pretty often varying daily on frequency. We've gotten used to it for the most part but it is VERRRY loud. I feel like this should be said as we didn't see this detail when we toured and no one else seems to be mentioning it. other then that, we've enjoyed are stay here and don't have many complaints except the train.

Very poor maintenance, I submitted the work order for the light bulb for a week and still not be fixed. I've called office and was told it will be fixed on that day and turned out not. This is the second time the same situation happens. Why is so difficult to change a light bulb?!

The Hub has been a fabulous place to live. The staff goes above and beyond for their tenants, the amenities are great and I feel lucky to live here. If you can rent here, I highly recommend it.

A beautiful space that made me feel at home once I stepped in the door. I should have made this decision a long time ago. Can't say enough good things.
