Approximately half a mile from Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System and Lakeway Regional Medical Center, our facility is the perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and post-operative recovery. Our nursing home features an on-site physician and a homelike environment to our patients and residents in need of rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. We are proud to offer both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for our patients, and our team of therapists and nurses works together to create an individualized care plan for each individual in our care.
