Add ReviewMy purchase began with the online sales team at Faricy Boys, Colorado Springs - Nicki and McCall were very helpful and attentive to what my needs were on a trade-in. I had a vehicle picked out and the deal I had been seeking, when I made an appointment to 'see and drive'. I was paired up with Brandon Wilke in sales - someone who I made the deal on a Jeep Cherokee 2 years before. Drove the auto I had picked out, however, then Brandon who provided great insight, showed me a newer/less mileage, lower priced choice that really DID meet my needs on my trade-in. A satisfying deal was made through Brandon's dedicated, no-nonsense and transparent customer service. He is a trusted salesman and wasted no time in finishing the sale. Adam, in financing, is also someone who shows dedication to get the deal done with fairness and expertise. I highly recommend checking out the inventory at Faricy Boys - it's a pleasant experience!Report
Report
Disclaimer: I did not actually allow The Faricy Boys to work on my car. I am posting this review for price transparency and to encourage people to call around before letting someone work on your car.Report
I sent an email to The Faricy Boys inquiring about a headlamp replacement for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got a quick response about an hour later with an estimate. The problem here is the price is ridiculously higher than others.
I initially received an estimate from Marickio's Auto Repair on Uintah for a full headlamp replacement (parts, labor, bulbs) and the number was $674.79. I thought (initially and incorrectly) that this seemed a little steep so I asked around.
Faricy Boys quoted me for this same exact headlamp replacement, $1651.67. Practically $1000 more. Their explanation is that you have to remove the front bumper. Marickio's was fully upfront with me about this as well and included that in the quote.
Be careful who you allow to work on your car, and what you pay.
I had an excellent experience buying a new Grand Cherokee from The Faricy Boys. Will, our sales rep, I found to be a consummate professional (in a good way), working with us on features, functions and of course price. The dealership has an excellent selection of the entire Jeep line. If you are in the market for a new (or used) Jeep, this a good spot to check out.Report
My husband and I had an excellent experience at The Faricy Boys! We were looking for a Jeep Gladiator. Our Salesman, Cohen, and the finance guy, Adam, were top-notch. Very helpful and informative, I felt no pressure whatsoever. They even stayed late after closing to help us out. Everything included in the price was apparent, including all the fees. There were no surprises when we went to pay. Also, the website is helpful and well laid out. Looking at the available vehicles (new and used), it is user-friendly. It has plenty of photos of both the exterior and interior, and it shows what is included in the vehicle in an easy-to-follow manner. This experience was the best car-buying experience we have ever had.Report
We did check out the competition, which starts with a "P." The customer service doesn't compare, the price plus all fees is not made clear, and their website is not as user-friendly (some used vehicles have zero interior photos, they list all of the amenities in a giant paragraph, which is hard to follow, etc.). The customer service is outstanding here, and we couldn't be happier with our Gladiator and our decision to buy from The Faricy Boys. I would absolutely buy from them again.
I had a fantastic experience here with Brandon Wilke. I got a great car at a great price and was in and out after about 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend working with him!Report
Gavin was such a professional and caring salesman. He treated me with the utmost respect. The purchase of my new jeep was very easy. Gavin is a very considerate person and went above and beyond any sales person I have ever met.Report
I had a great experience with the staff at the Faricy Brothers Jeep store. Brandon was my product consultant and I was treated with courteous and professional respect. The staff is knowledgeable patient and very easy to work with. My highest recommendation.Report

We saw a vehicle on line that we were interested in. Called and informed about the vehicle then decided to take a trip to see it. Cohen was our salesperson, can't say enough good things about him. Knowing we were from out of town he held the vehicle until we got there to look at it, then made the whole process so easy. We ended up buying the vehicle and trading ours in. The whole process lasted about 2 hours which is unheard of when dealing with buying a car. Thank you Cohen for making the whole process a great experience!
Great dealer to work with. Did everything via email until it was time to pick up my lease. McCall, Dustin, Stephen, & Adam made the process smooth and enjoyable.Report
