Add ReviewI recently bought a Jeep Wrangler Willys edition from the Faricy Boys dealership. Usually I cringe at the idea of having to go to a car dealership. I purchased over a dozen vehicles in my life and my experience at the Faricy Boys was one of the best. They let you test drive without a salesperson which I appreciated. There is no pressure to buy and when it came to the actual purchasing of the vehicle, they had me in and out in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Their prices are much better than the other local Jeep dealership. Highly recommend going there if you want to buy a Jeep.Report
This review is long overdue for the service department and the Service Manager, Steve Kane. When I lived in CO I got my Jeep serviced here at the recommendation of friends. Long story short I had an issue with an oil change, but Steve went above and beyond to rectify the situation and take care of me in the future. Mistakes happen and Faricy went above and beyond to make things right. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a dealership. Whenever I move back to CO I will 100% be a customer of Faricy for life. Thanks team!Report

So after posting my experience i was reached out to by the sales manager and then the service manager. Now i was pretty heated with the whole situation and was not willing to talk or listen. When the service manager reached out i was more calm and we talked. I was able to explain what the issues were what iv been going through to make it right. He had apologized for everything and eventually asked if he could see RECIEPTS for what all i have done to correct the issues. I sent them and thought they would see what iv done and not want to touch anything. To my surprise he had added everything up and said he was going to cut a check for the parts to try to start to make things right. I definitely was surprised and was definitely reminded of the initial visit when buying my jeep how things were. Im extremely impressed they went as far as they did to start making things right.
At first I was excited for me purchase of my jeep wrangler. But since I bought it in December it's been nothing but a headache and I regret buying from fairicy boys. First I was supposed to get a part replaced on my jeep that was ordered when I bought it. Service department called said they would need it for a day to swap the part. It's like 6 bolts in the tailgate. Not an all day thing. I declined dropping it off and chose to go get the part so I could install myself except noone in the service department could be bothered to help me locate the part. Absolutely worthless. The free oul changes they offered me with purchase I will never use. That whole department seems worthless and I'm sure they would mess something up more.
Now when I bought the jeep the steering felt off a bit kinda wandered. Took it for an alignment and was told they cannot align it due to bad ball joints. The whole suspension is so out it's not a pleasant vehicle to drive at all. The cost to replace the ball joints was quoted just under 1200.00. This is sad. I jeep I bought Dec 23rd has spent about a month now sitting in my driveway. I'm extremely unhappy with my purchase and the quality of cars they are selling to people. I have spent the last 2 months making sure anyone who will listen knows not to deal with fairicy boys.
Stay away from here unless you like throwing money at vehicles that won't drive.
Went here to purchase a car and liked everything/everyone so much we left with TWO!!! Gaven made the process as seamless as possible and was super knowledgeable as well as patient. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything and after successfully trading in our old car for a new one (at a fair price) we purchased a Jeep Renegade. At the time they were doing 10% off Grand Cherokees. Gaven was able to work it out with us where they would buy our current Bronco from us and drive the Cherokee 3 hours right to our doorstep! Highly recommend this place, thanks to Gaven and Travis for all your help!Report
I am always extremely skeptical when I walk into a car dealership. From my first interaction online, to when I drove off the Faricy lot, I was impressed and unexpectedly happy. Andrew and Adrian were profesional and efficient and most of all, I felt they truly appreciated my business. This entire experience was a night and day difference from recent experiences at other local dealers.Report
I'm very thankful for Dustin and all his help and patience. He listened and was very knowledgeable. Love my jeep!Report
This honestly had to be the best buying experience I've had at any dealer. Thanks to Dustin for all the help. He made the process smooth, didn't pressure a thing and was ready for us when we were ready. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.Report
Update--Reached out per owner response a while back and was told we'd get a return call. Has not happenedReport
Car has always followed immaculate servicing intervals at Jeep dealers. I don't know how a 120k service that should have cost $200 became an $800 service that replaced almost-new spark plugs that were installed back at at 100k miles. How is that previous service not in the jeep-dealer maintenance database? How does a mechanic open up the engine and see the current plugs and not think hey these don't look that old? This visit was performed quickly and sloppily with just a rushed phone call to get my wife to agree to things we didn't need or ask for on the drop off form.
Buying a new vehicle with the faricy boys was an overall good experience considering how quick and easy it was. Dustin Mincy the sales consultant was very courteous and attentive to any of my needs or questions. He was even kind enough to make my 4 year old daughter feel at home throughout the entire process of purchasing our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend seeing the faricy boys and talking to Dustin if you are in the need of a new vehicle.????Report
Had a fantastic experience with the Faricy boys. Andrew helped me out and he was kind, professional, and understanding. Selling a car can be a hassle but Andrew made it more of a fun, friendly interaction rather than a stern business transaction. I will most certainly be recommending my friends and family to the Faricy boys and I am very grateful for the experience that I had!Report
