Hands down the best gym I've ever been to! I'm am more of a work out a home type of gal but my husband encouraged me to do a free trial and I have been going ever since. The apps they incorporate are awesome to track your weights/reps/time to see your progression over time.

Many times attending public gyms I felt like I had to keep up with the person next to me or didn't feel confident that I was doing the workouts correctly. At The Endurance Factory I am able to get in my zone and my only competition is myself! I love that the coaches are there to assist, encourage, and modify the workouts to everyone's individual ability levels and there's no absolutely pressure or judgements.

Beware: joining this gym may have side effects such as an increase in self confidence, elevated mood levels, and strength you never knew you had!

Gym has everything you need to get an awesome workout and the staff actually cares about your progress and goal achievement. They're very professional and motivating. Highly recommend this gym over any big chain just by the fact that they'll guide you stage by stage to get you in the best shape yet and no time restriction since it's open everyday at every hour.

The location isn't exactly convenient for me. It takes me 40 minutes to get there but it is well worth it. I probably passed a dozen other gyms to get there but the staff and the other members make it well worth the trip. I haven't found any other gyms within an hour of my home that are quite like this one. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I turn 50 next year, and have been an athlete and worked out most of my adult life, yet I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to The Endurance Factory (TEF). I'm much more functionally fit now and have become more competitive in my favorite activity of Obstacle Course Racing, even taking 2nd place at a recent race. The coaches are great. They understand your goals and needs and will help tailor workouts to meet them. Beyond fitness, I consider TEF coaches and athletes my second family who are supportive of me in all aspects of my life. Whatever your fitness goals are, if you want to be a better human, you should join the TEF family.

Thanks for the awesome review James! We're glad that we can play a part in keeping you in the best shape of your life! It never seems to matter if you are in an obstacle course race or one of our fitness classes, you're always giving 200%! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches. Great facility!

Great small community feel. Everyone is super welcoming.
