I have lived in one of their apartment pleasant wood for one year. This apartment is over priced, with utility and electricity. You can find one that is closer to campus with utility covered. It also saves $$ on gas. Worst of all, they refuse to return your deposit to you. Overall, i do not recommend this companyReport
