I have been a patient at Bliss for about a year now. I just love Jess and Olga! They are so professional in their knowledge. They explain everything and believe me I had a lot of questions! I have an appointment tomorrow with Jess and I am so looking forward to it! I'm so glad I found Bliss. Everyone there couldn't be nicer or more friendly. Thanks again! Alyson P.S. I really do love Jess and Olga. But I've bee calling 3-4 times a day to North Hollywood and Encino with no results. No voice mail, no calls back. I don't know what happened, but it's extremely frustrating.

I have been coming here for years now. However something has changed - I bought a packet which had an expiration date. They had run out of appointments and offered a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. The website calendar is useless - although I was told I should have booked through there instead of calling (I had always booked my appointments via phone). I'm sad because I was so happy here but now I have to find some where else.

Edit:. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the last 2 weeks and never got through to anyone. Also cannot schedule online. I wonder if they just closed down?!?

Pre-pandemic I bought a groupon for Bliss. I just assumed Groupon would extend the expire date. Well I was wrong and didn't know until I was already there. But the good folks at Bliss worked with me (as much as they could) and made my 1st experience great. The full 2 weeks haven't kicked in yet so I cannot post pics but I've been getting Botox for 3-4 years, so I can already tell it is good. They are no pressure to get more units or do more procedures, lighter touch (which I REALLY prefer!!!) and overall a great experience! They have won over a loyal customer!!!!!

I've been trying to speak with a live person on the phone for at least two months. I've left messages with the answering service, but have never received a call back. The one time someone did answer I was told to call back and shockingly, no one answered. Very disappointing. I will amend my review if I'm actually able to make an appointment.

I loved my experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the physician assistant, Jessica, were so professional and helpful. Jessica had amazing bed side manners and communicated everything with me. I didn't feel rushed or forgotten about and felt like I was in good hands. I would without a doubt go back and highly recommend this place!

I first came here for Botox, which was administered by Jessica. She is great. Very professional and has good vibes. Then i started getting microneedling treatments and they're going well.
