Last year I got in a car accident! The other party was I uninsured… it was a nightmare, my back was in so much pain … My boss recommended me to get a lawyer, I was so overwhelmed, it was my first time going through something like this, I found the accident guys on Yelp they called me and in less that 1 Hour I was at the Dr office and they started to take care of me… the process was so easy and stresses free, I feel really good now, my back is way better now, I highly recommend them!

Last year Oct of 2020, the other vehicle ran the red light and slammed into my vehicle. I searched yelp for an attorneys office, came across The Accident Guys. I choose The Accident Guys due to all of the great reviews from each clients. I spoke with Attorney Elliot, he was very professional and straight forward regarding my case. I also spoke with Aileen who has been such a great help with providing information and updates on my case. I have also spoke with Attorney Narek and his assistant Kyle who were also very responsive through email and phones. Last year on September 24th, I was rear ended by a driver on my way to work. The driver was obviously not paying attention. The light had just turned green and he rear ended me at a high speed. My vehicle's damage was not as bad as his. His car had to be towed due to how bad the damage was. Mine was towed because I was a nervous wreck and was not well enough to drive.

This was my first accident and I went to my primary doctor. Unfortunately, Kaiser did not provide the appropriate care. As time passed my injuries were not improving and Kaiser seemed a bit reluctant to provide the appropriate care for my injuries. The insurance was trying to settle my case quickly. This is when I found The Accident Guys. Right away, they found me a chiropractor and pain specialist. They sent me to get and MRI and X-rays. My injuries were finally identified and I was sent to therapy.

My symptoms have improved. They were able to find me care and settle my case at an amount higher than expected. I am so thankful to have found them. They made the whole process run smoothly. It's hard to find doctor visits that fit your works schedule. They were able to do this and much more. I hope I don't have to find myself in a situation like this again but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Derick, Omid, Isamar and Carlos.

Great HUGE high 5 figure settlement.

The Lexus RCF I was driving was declared a total loss. The one that hit me did not have a valid DL, and no insurance coverage. I was able to claim from my insurance thru the help of Atty. Houman. He was very attentive to my needs from day one. He was the one personally doing the follow-ups, like how was I doing. He was very sensitive to my traumatic accident experience and explained the process step by step.

They were following up while I was doing medical treatments. Atty. Cesar Andaya was the one assigned to my case, and from the time he took over my case he was always on top of it. He knows exactly what is going on and what is needed to be done. He lets me decide on what to do example if I want a settlement, if the settlement is fair or we want to pursue them in court for litigation. I am the driver and they are the support on this legal battle.

To cut the story short, we were able to get a high settlement and close the case as a very happy client. I advise everyone to retain them as your lawyer if any unfortunate circumstances happen like a vehicular accident. Rest assured that they will diligently work on your case, negotiate or take them to court and get the best settlement.
