Looking back, I wish I had paid more money for a quality job. David is a salesman - period. He then chooses from other flooring companies to get the work done, so what he promises and what you are delivered are not the same. Our house was built in 1996, so I was thinking this should be a fairly simple job.Report

We thought we had made a good choice as they were very responsive on the first visit and until the sale was made. After that the service was poor, phone calls were not returned, the work was not completed on schedule. One of our carpet choices was switched without consulting us. Despite the difficulties, David was very aggressive about obtaining final payment within hours of the job being completed. David never came to inspect the work and really only cared about being paid. He sold us on a deferred payment plan with Paypal that didn't work and even had the contractors call and harass us for payment, 48 hours after the job was completed. I would steer away from this company.Report
