Absolutely the worst customer service. Tried to scheduled service. No one called back. Called again was placed on hold then disconnected. Went though 4 different people. No return call nothing.
Very serious problem with their national system.

Awesome company, will get rid of your bugs and unwanted critters asap and they treat their employees right by making them the highest paid pest techs in their field!

I canceled my plan in November of last year. I was told someone would come out and remove my Bait stations. I have been calling about 3/4 times a month because they keeps sending me a bill every month saying I am past due on payments on a canceled account. I will just be showing up at the office tomorrow because I am not paying a bill for a service I do not have and they are trying to send it to collection soon.
