Warning! Do not use this company. They cancelled the day before as they don’t service my area after having the appointment paid for for a week That was the first question I asked them they assured me they would. quoted me a package deal and then said they also would charge extra after the fact for additional services the call center that books the appointment has no connection to the servicer and completely waisted my time and I still waiting for the refundReportRe: Warning! Terminniix came to inspect my house on 05/18/2022 to do the inspection I was charge $150.00 I am a disabled Veteran and I am trying to refinance my house and we found out that the inspection was canceled by someone from Terminniix and DID NOT notify us the inspector told me differently from what the inspector put down on his report he told us that the inspection would NOT interfere with the refinance and because of what he wrote on his report it put a BLOCK on our refinance I am NEVER EVER going to use their services I was going to hire them to do my pest control BUT after that I changed my mineThis is a VA refinance and THANKS to Terminniix it's going to take LONGER to refinance I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TERMINNIIX TO ANYONE!!!!ReportRe: Terminniix came to inspe ... Mario our guy that comes to our house to spray is very professional and friendly himself, I would give him a 5 star rating however this company has the WORST customer service I have dealt with. I have made it extremely clear that I am only available for a spray on my house on either a friday or a saturday and I do not want to be sprayed every single month or even every other month. I think every 3 months is just fine. They continue to schedule me on their own every other month on either a mon-thurs basis no matter how many times I tell them those days DO NOT work for me! Then today I had to call to move my service to a new house that I just purchased right down the road and they had the nerve to try to DOUBLE my monthly price!!!! And then when I questioned it she said "it's because of the location that you live in". I literally live just a few streets over currently! That is the absolute WORST excuse I have ever heard! You do not double the price to your customers and expect them to continue service with you! She then proceeded to transfer me to customer service and once I told them that I will not pay a doubled price she had the nerve to say "ok well have a nice day" and HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!ReportRe: Mario our guy that comes ... This is beyond, a shadow of a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! They will NOT show up. They will NOT answer their phone. They will NOT get rid of your insects. They will have a ton of excuses and then they will never show up again!
