    Tucson Terminix sales convinced my 86 year old mother that she needed a subterranean termite baiting system for a BRICK house with CONCRETE slab on grade construction. They charged her $109 per month for a system they only inspect once a year, total cost $1,335 for thin air! A complete sham and unscrupulous sales tactics!
    These people should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of elderly residents in Tucson. I hope someone scams their parents one day so they know how it feels.

    Do your self a favor and find a better company who actually gives you some value for your (or your parent's) dollar.

    Victor the tech was fantastic. Ms. Jackson and Cheryl thought they could help resolve the issue which was kind. Ryan the area manger was not fantastic or even remotely kind. I presented the 75 dollar coupon when I established service a few weeks ago. I was still charged the full amount. I contacted the company several times and the resolution was a credit that can be used in three months. I am a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. With costs rising 75 dollars is a lot to me. I spoke to Ryan on the phone today and he openly laughed at me when I said the coupon felt like it was a bait and switch. I don't trust him and I called him a shyser (German for BS'er). He hung up on me. (probably deserved that)
    Anyway I hope he doesn't represent all the employees because bad customer service can ruin a company and as a manager I would expect more from him.

    My apartments have a contract with Terminix to deal with pests around the complex. I noticed mice droppings and identified a family of deer mice living in my patio storage unit. I notified my leasing office and Terminix came in a few days. They used sticky traps, which are the incorrect type of traps to use that greatly increase the risk of contracting Sin Nombre Virus (according to the CDC) and they also left the traps in the wrong place, which happened to be as far as possible from where the mice were actually living. On top of that, they never followed up. So they not only put my household at risk for possibly contracting a disease, but they didn't even tell me where they placed traps, use the correct kind of trap, and they never came back. I was pretty shocked because I thought they were supposed to be experts at dealing with pests, but I ended up having to deal with the mice myself, and probably did so more effectively.

    Originally scheduled an appointment with Terminix for a VA termite inspection. Took time off of work to make sure someone would be there only for nobody to show up. When I called, I was told the appointment was rescheduled for two days after, but nobody had reached out to inform me of this. When the time came for the second appointment, I again took time off of work and the inspector was STILL a no show, now with the caveat of not being able to reach them on the phone. If you are on a deadline, I strongly recommend against using this service for anything.

    We hired them for a exterminator job, it was a specialty job that cost $3500, they hired a out of town contractor, who wouldn’t do the job, then had to come back out to do it because he completely misinformed us, he damaged our walls with his equipment, holes were punctured, paint was scraped off and he didn’t tell us it was done, I reached out to terminex to get it repaired and they completely blew me off, needless to say it’s been months and I still have holes in the walls of my new home

    Never had issues before but We’ve been trying to schedule an extermination since 9am, it is now past 3pm and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone! I’ve called multiple times and received text messages saying I will be directed to a representative but that hasn’t happened. We wanted to go through Terminix again because we’re existing customers but it’s been impossible to do so. Will unfortunately have to look for services elsewhere.

    I unfortunately had to reschedule a few times with Morgan. He was very understanding and ended up coming by after his other work on a day that worked for me. He was very friendly and very professional and worked to make sure my inspection happened. Thank you very much Morgan, I really do appreciate it.

    After 32 years with terminix i ended our association. They have merged and are no longer the locally run company of the past.

    I canceled our policy and they never sent an email confirming the cancelation. We hired another locally owned company.

    Their last visit we asked them to address a huge issue with wasps in our backyard. My husband showed the agent the nests and then went back inside. The agent knocked down the nests and left them on the ground, specifically on the outside tile.

    We called to have the agent return as there were additional nests. The agent couldn't return for 10 days. I called the local office and was put in touch with a supervisor in Phoenix.

    I called again when the $73 bi monthly bill came. Asked to speak to someone at the local office. No answer. Was told that someone from the corporate office would be calling me. No one called.

    Now the bill will go to collection and we have no recourse. Buyer beware in Tucson. There are now many other reliable, smaller and locally owned pest control services available that put terminix to shame.
