Had so many issues with this company. I’ve called everyday for an update. My car has been ready to ship since the 4/1, they could not schedule shipment within the 5 days time period promised. Did not get a scheduled pickup until the 10th day , only for the driver to cancel pickup 45 min before pickup time. I’ve been jumping through hoops. This process has been incredibly stressful and inconvenient. I had to leave the state with my car still waiting to be transported! Requiring me to make arrangements for someone else to release my car for pickup and that’s if they pickup because still to this hour I still do not have a schedule for pickup or delivery! Do yourself a favor and DONT BOOK!!!!

Terrible customer service, no one contacted me about the shipment I called everyday for 7 days within my availability for pickup time frame. Still have no one to transport my car, all the associates either gave me false information or pushed me off to the next person that still had mo answers. I paid a deposit and leave the state in a couple days and Dnt know if my car is being shipped or not. Do not trust this company they have failed to communicate and deliver on the services they claim to provide.

Had some extenuating circumstances with the carrier pretty much due to acts of god. Tempus kept me informed, we worked through it. This is a reputable company, and I would use them again.
