Sarah did a great job explaining everything to me as far as the work being done on my car. She took the time to assure that I understood everything and providing me with any coupons that were available.

Scheduling was easy, and service was fast. all the staff members were very polite.

Unfortunately, this dealer gets a 1 star, from my experience working with their online sales team. I created interest via TrueCar; then, I received an initial phone call from their internet sales (Jose). I informed him about the exact truck on their lot, I also laid out all my cards and stated that I had a trade in. I emailed photos and VIN of my trade in and asked for him to put together an offer. Then, he ghosted me! A few days later I received a phone call from (Matt) who apparently, was the internet sales manager. He called late night, while I was driving; despite the fact that I couldn't talk, he insisted that I tell him, what deal I wanted. He stated, he didn't want to waste his time--this should have been my red flag--but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Later that night I called, he didn't answer. I also texted him, the next day with my offer and what I wanted for my trade in, per his request. Needless to say, he ghosted me. He responded a few days later--via text-- that he would work on my offer. I never heard back from him again--ghosted!! Unprofessional and very unresponsive.!!!!

Painless and quick! Max was amazing helping me find the perfect car and Emily went above and beyond with helping with my financing. 10/10 will recommend!

Details: Eddie was my service provider. He was very thorough and I felt confident about having my car serviced here due to our interactions and his ability to explain and make recommendations. He was genuine and transparent which is something I look for during a vehicle service experience. He introduced me to the tech, Joe, who was friendly and knowledgeable to show me some pictures of the inside of my vehicle. I appreciated that interaction to learn more from the tech who worked on my vehicle.

I had such an incredible experience working with Collin S. when buying my new car. He was a true gentleman and made the entire process easy and non-intimidating. Would 10/10 recommend my family and friends to him!
