Guner gets 5 stars for his professionalism and his knowledge of the vehicle I came to see. Ultimately I couldn’t afford the car, but never felt pressured by Guner or the test of the sales team at Britt. They went above and beyond to address my concerns with the vehicle. Highly recommend Guner specifically for anyone shopping for a used vehicle at Britt Chevrolet.

Great service

Nightmare... avoid at all cost.
Set up visit 5 days in advance to test drive / inspect vehicle. Was told everything was ready. Drive 2 hours.
Meet rep.. at preset time...Vehicle not available.. was being serviced due to inoperable a/c unit. Prior to arrival, was assured everything in operational condition and ready for inspection.
Dealership Discovered defect earlier in day and neglected to notify me of issue.
2 hour trip in heavy traffic.. complete waste of time..
Not the way this should have handled is an understatement! Shady as all get out.

My salesman was John Gordon. He is punctual, outstanding communication and professional. He never once pressured me in any way.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately. The Ted Britt Chevrolet team made me feel welcomed! Everyone was super nice and professional including the finance manager Tony Anzo, who I was grateful to have met. Tony did not brush me off but helped make this purchase affordable. If all finance Reps were like Tony, there would be so many more buyers! Will definitely be going back to Ted Britt as long as Tony and John are there.

Both took their time and never once rushed me or took shortcuts. They answered ALL of my questions even if it was repetitive.

The dealership was clean and I can see the employees respected each other's space. They were not snobs at all!! In conclusion, it was worth the drive to Virginia. So glad I went with Ted Britt Chevrolet!

The process of deciding to purchase my vehicle was incredibly smooth thanks to Zee. He was very professional and personable. Zee went above and beyond to ensure we knew all of the features of the vehicle without making us feel pressured to buy. He was responsive to all questions and ensured any issues with the vehicle was addressed. I also want to mention Tony in the finance department, who worked diligently to ensure we received all the applicable warranty discounts.

STAY AWAY! I negotiated an out-the-door price over the phone(as you should do to stay away from their sales pressure tactics) with their GM Angel and we came to an agreement. I told him I would be there between 7 and 8 that evening to pick up the car. When I got there they had SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. I drove an hour each way and did all the negotiating for absolutely nothing. They clearly have no respect for you or your time.

Daiana was very nice. She listened and helped me purchase my new car. I could have gone to a Chevy dealer closer to home, but she and Morgan were very welcoming and not pushy on their end. My questions were answered and there was no judgment. Very grateful for the experience.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Two of my tires suddenly lost air, so I had the vehicle towed to the dealership in Sterling where I originally purchased the car. I informed them of the issue in the evening, and they assured me it would be looked at the following morning.

However, the next day I was told they were too busy and may not be able to inspect it until the next day. On the third day, I received a call in the morning stating that both tires needed to be replaced — with the most expensive option available. This was surprising, as the tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. I questioned this recommendation and was told that it was based on the technician’s report.

Concerned, I left work and went to the dealership to see the damage myself. To my shock, it was clear that the vehicle had not even been inspected. I was then told that if they were to touch the vehicle, I would be charged for labor — and that the easiest option was to simply replace the tires.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only was I misled about the status of my vehicle, but I was also pushed toward an expensive and unnecessary repair. I will not be returning to this dealership and do not recommend it to others based on this experience.
