Daiana was very nice. She listened and helped me purchase my new car. I could have gone to a Chevy dealer closer to home, but she and Morgan were very welcoming and not pushy on their end. My questions were answered and there was no judgment. Very grateful for the experience.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Two of my tires suddenly lost air, so I had the vehicle towed to the dealership in Sterling where I originally purchased the car. I informed them of the issue in the evening, and they assured me it would be looked at the following morning.

However, the next day I was told they were too busy and may not be able to inspect it until the next day. On the third day, I received a call in the morning stating that both tires needed to be replaced — with the most expensive option available. This was surprising, as the tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. I questioned this recommendation and was told that it was based on the technician’s report.

Concerned, I left work and went to the dealership to see the damage myself. To my shock, it was clear that the vehicle had not even been inspected. I was then told that if they were to touch the vehicle, I would be charged for labor — and that the easiest option was to simply replace the tires.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only was I misled about the status of my vehicle, but I was also pushed toward an expensive and unnecessary repair. I will not be returning to this dealership and do not recommend it to others based on this experience.

All of the Ted Britt sales team was very professional and accommodating. Starting with Zeeshan Razi (Zee). This gentleman was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and, most of all, honest. He never tried to talk me into buying the Grand Cherokee I was Looking at but answered all of my questions and even offered to let me take the car home to show my family. Zee is a real asset to Ted Britt. Steve, the Sales Director, was excellent as well and took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions even after the sale had been completed. Will in the Finance Dept. was excellent as well and very knowledgeable about all of the financial information and extended warranties. These gentleman made the experience of buying a used car quite easy.

He told me if I need anything with the truck to just text or call. Usually this is a false promise but CJ truly meant it. He helped with some issues I had 2 weeks after purchasing.
