Outstanding dealership! The service brings me back and this time, I was at the dealership to make a purchase. The vehicle price was competitive and the service was OUTSTANDING! Very fair, fast and efficient. Probably the easiest car buying experience I've had, no bogus tacked on fees or pushy sales / financing tactics.

Terrible service. Got a suburban back in June from Mas(he was great).Was promised all weather mats and it's December till waiting. Parts department never called nor did service after Mas said they would. Few months later went to get oil change and they found a nail in my tire. Paid for the tire right there and told me they would call me when it was ready. About three weeks later I decided to call them to see what was going on. They said they got the tire, so why didn't they call? I dont know. Anyways, came to get my tire change and told me that i shouldn't have paid for the tire because I had road hazard. Funny how it was the same guy that told me to pay for the tire. Overall, just horrible service from beginning to end.

It's because of places like this, that people do not trust auto mechanics. Zero customer service, false promises, incompetent work, hidden/extra fees that were not quoted, slow. Wasted my time and money and my vehicle is still broken. How do you charge over $400 in diagnostic fees and not be able to diagnose anything?! They didn't help me whatsoever. It's almost as if they purposely tried to screw me over and take my money.

I can't say anything about the sales side of the business but the service department gets all the one star reviews so you should never bring your car here for service. You'll end up paying them for nothing and then taking your car somewhere else. Read the other reviews, I'm not the only one with the same issue.

Since you transitioned to a centralized appointment system, there is a significant communications gap between the service appointment section and the service advisors. I needed a loaner car and the appointment representative said sure we will reserve one for you. I also stated what the appointment was for a GM Recall, gave them the recall number and said that you all need to order the part and have it available BEFORE I drive all the way up from Stafford VA. Well when I got to the service center in Sterling, was told no loaner car was available. Which turned out to be okay since you all did NOT order the part and basically said yes you have a recall. We will now order the part and call me back so I could return at a future time. But I did get a partial service done. The communication issue and the way you handle recalls MUST be corrected. BTW I went to another GM dealership and they pre-ordered the part required for the recall and will install it in one trip.
