I could never reach a person to get an answer to a question - just a damned recoding that kept sending me in circles. Poor excuse for customer service! This is the only place I have had glass work done.

Great service and awesome technicians. We got here at 4:39 on a Friday and they stayed and fixed our huge rock chip we just got in our new Honda Pilot. Thank you if I could give 6 stars I would have given it to you. You deserve it.

I recently visited Safelite in Taylorsville to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived I found out it was going to take much longer to put the new windshield in then I originally thought. The staff at the store helped me tremendously by arranging a ride home for me so that I could get back to work while they worked on replacing my windshield.
They went above and beyond and all of the staff was very friendly.
