Team Mazda Subaru

Be careful with this dealership.
I bought a used car off of them, and it's a good car, so there are no issues with that. And the people are friendly.
HOWEVER, don't take anything they say at face value.

While the Saleman, Forrest, was driving the car with me and my mother in it, the window suddenly cracked, and he said if I bought the car, I'd get it repaired for free. I tried to get updates on it, but it's always dodged. I asked about it and was told no notes were made about it and the salesman was always conveniently out of town.

Most recently, I took my car in for a free oil change and was told they inspected my car. They told me I needed an induction service and coolant services and needed to replace my rear breaks. My check engine light never came on. They were going to charge me over 800 dollars if I got all of them done.

I went to a local car shop after, and they told me the brakes were a bit worn, but no other issues were found. I haven't noticed any issues with my car either.

It could've been worse, but If you decide to come here to buy, be careful and do try to get second or third opinions if you can.

We bought a 2025 mazda Cx-5 from team Mazda in nampa. The headlights appear to have a manufacture problem on low beam. They do not appear to shine out far enough when going up a hill and you lose site of the road ahead of you. Brought this problem up to team and they said noting can be done.. So we feel like it is a design problem. We definitely would not have purchased the car if we had driven it at Night on the hilly roads prior to purchase.

Was very Nervous , but David Del LaCruz (spelling ? ) was very kind straight forward and was not pushy at all, explained every little detail. I highly recommend going thru him, he made the Process very easy.. Thank you so much ...
