TC Appliance Repair

They were assigned through my home warranty. The service guy fixed the dryer replacing the fuse. He reported to the home warranty company as the fuse failed because the vent wasn’t clean which he didn’t tell us this way. However, he never checked the vent. The home warranty company used his report as an excuse to refuse the payment for the repair because of his unnecessary assumption.

The technician was prompt and thorough, however a week later something malfunctioned and the same problem arose again. Maybe it was a faulty part. Called them back out so waiting for a redo. But service was good.

The technician communicated clearly about appointment times and text me when he was on the way. They were able to find parts for our 10 year old Maytag dishwasher and it’s running better than ever. The repair took maybe 15 minutes. We are so happy with their service and will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Set up appointment through Home Warranties of America, given a 4 hour window for the appointment. Technician confirmed I would be home during that time. I confirmed. I stepped away for 15 minutes to get lunch to my wife nearby in the neighborhood and texted the technician as much. He says okay, I just pulled up in front of your house. I said, “oh, give me 5-10 minutes. I’ll be right there.” Technician ghosts me and cancels the appointment!!! Now I have to wait 2 days for another appointment, with another company, and come to find out after reviewing my cameras, technician (if he can be called that) bold-faced lied about ever being here!!! Hard to find good help these days.

Again, technician ghosted me and 30 minutes later cancelled. Couldn’t even wait the 5 minutes it took me to get back to the house as explained. This cost me two additional days with my equipment down. So I definitely will not remove this review as requested. My cameras detect motion on the street in front of my house. No vehicle was ever present during the 4 hour window in front of my house.

The Tactical Appliance Repair technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the control board in the dryer and advised eh would order a replacement. It only took a couple of days to get the part. After replacement, everything is working fine.

My home warranty company assigned Tactical Appliance Repair to respond to a problem I had with my dryer. The technician was at my house the next day, and did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, as well as conducting a full inspection of the dryer while it was disassembled.. Their writeup was thorough and professional and caused my home warranty company to just pay to replace dryer without questions.

The technician was on time, polite, efficient, and thorough. Overall, a very positive experience.

Travis came out today and fixed our dishwasher and stove. Travis is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed our appliances but calibrated the stove and factory reset the dishwasher.
