Things looked so promising with James but ended up a mess. I booked my vehicle with another company but later learned I needed a bigger vehicle due to an increase in our wedding party number. That's when I found James' website. James was very nice on the phone and I liked the picture of the vehicle he had on his lot so I agreed to meet up with him to see it in person. The vehicle looked great so I asked James to send me a contract so I could book. He never did. I called and called and he kept saying he would. Again... nothing. Finally I sent James a copy of a contract I personally drafted (nothing crazy... just time, location, standard cancellation policy that you see in the industry, etc.) I never heard back from James so I called him again and he became irate with me over the phone saying, "YOU are giving ME a contract?!" I was stunned because I didn't know of any other way to protect ourselves from being out a lot of money on the day of my wedding if he decided not to show up. Now I am stuck trying to scramble to find wedding transportation. James was unprofessional and disorganized. Only book TAS Limo if you are willing to take the risk he doesn't show up on the day of your event. With so many other options to choose from don't bother booking with someone who can't even return a phone call. I shared his name with other friends who are getting married who also mentioned that they didn't have a good experience from James (didn't return calls and was disorganized). I'm disappointed my initial impression was wrong.
