Come every year to Akron for a futsal tournament, and this restaurant never disappoints.. great food great drinks and amazing staff. Only downside they close early. Look forward to eating here every year.Report

Legit. Relocated to Pittsburgh about 2 years ago from Houston, TX. My daughter was visiting for the holidays and is a speed freak like myself, so we took a road trip to Summit. We did our homework before heading out and decided on La Loma. This really wasn't a hard choice. It's the first Mexican restaurant I've seen since moving with tripa, cabeza and lengua on the menu. She had the Birria Tacos, totally her thing, and they were fantastic. I had the Chile Colorado with the spicy hot sauce. Spoiler alert, it's a mole and it was amazing, though a little more heat would have been perfect. And, I'm saying this having had mole sauces in Puebla and Oaxaca. To the owner, thank you and have you ever considered opening a location in Pittsburgh??? Also, the Concha we picked up at the Panaderia were delicious with coffee the next morning.Report
