Add ReviewIt is the worst place to buy a used car. In 2017 I bought a truck at Lakewood Ford and never spent a dollar. It had new tires, brakes and everything in good condition. At this place I spent 50k and the truck needed tires and an alignment. I spent $1800 so it could be aligned. I don't understand how they say it passed inspection.Report
I just came to look at the car to ask questions and it so happened that I immediately got in it and drove away, everything was very fast and comfortable ????Report

In a time in this country, where money is tight and the difference between products is almost nonexistent, customer service should and really is the cutting or breaking edge of all businesses. And with car companies going to the "tesla" online model more and more, you would think dealerships would strive more to make customers happy. Well, not at Tacoma Dodge.Report
I am a lifetime dodge owner who had a 68, 69, and a 72 charger. When I got the chance to get a used Sergeant charger, I felt like Jack and Elwood blues! (It's got cop tires, cop shocks, the works) Didn't get to drive it as much as I liked due to receiving a heart transplant, but for 5 years not a problem, not a peep from him. Then I got a starter recall notice. Ok, new starter, how can I go wrong. I got my car back and less than 2 weeks later we tried to start it...a bloom of white smoke for the exhaust and then dead. That night I was unfortunately rushed to the ER with possible rejection. My wife would be abandoned without the car, I told her it's OK I am sure it is something simple. Call them up they will make it right. How wrong I was. No tow, no loaner car, and pretty much was told ITS NOT OUR FAULT, bring it in and we will SEE if it is our fault. Well, I was in the hospital for over a week with no solution. They repeated their song and
dance, abandoning my wife without caring AT ALL. Yea, all this just 2 weeks before Christmas. I am in total shock. I can only guess that means they don't need your business. I will always love my Dodge, but if you want Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler. Sounds like they want you to go somewhere else.
I made an appointment for 11:30 and got to the dealership around 15 minutes early. At 12:30 I noticed my truck was still at the in-take line and had not been moved to the bay. At 13:40, I was still waiting in my truck to finish services. The gentlemen said I could reschedule when I spoke with him at 12:30 and then I informed him I had driven 34 minutes to get here. I then asked for a manager and he informed me that managers do not work on the weekends. This place seems to have a very poor work method and I would not recommend to anyoneReport
Took my wife's car in for oil change. We didn't realize the quick oil change had moved across the street so we were a few minutes late. The service advisor at the desk could not have been any nicer. I have experienced this same great, friendly customer service in the past. I mentioned that no one had told us that the location had changed when we made the appointment. She was very apologetic. When we picked the car up, she said no charge for the oil change for the inconvenience of not being told of the change of location. Plus we still got a coupon for a car wash at brown bear. I always leave there with a smile on my face.Report
