Michael Brouse is a genuine individual to deal with. Very responsive, and makes sure to answer all question in great detail. He has the best interest in each person he works with. Definitely recommend!

Gregg his rude. He doesn't abide the laws. He curses at you when he doesn't get his way. He threats tenant's with eviction if they do not move there belongs from the home as to make it look like you a very poor tenants. He does showing without 24 hours notice. He gets mad when you refuse to leave the home for him to show it.
I will never refer anyone to this company so long as he works there.
He is trying to sell a house with tenants in it for the owner. I am in charge of the disabled tenants.
