Brendan recently helped me navigate the quick purchase of an investment beach condo in Maryland directly from the seller. He amended the contract (prepared by the seller's attorney) to better reflect my interests and closely examined the building inspector's report to advise regarding major vs minor issues. Brendan thoroughly answered all my concerns and questions in a timely manner, consistently kept me informed during entire process, and followed up after the closing.
