We came into our office after the long holiday weekend to no heat. Our previous vendor told me that it would be almost 2 weeks for an appointment unless we paid for an emergency call, and then it’d be a day or two. Instead, I reached out to SureTech. Justin told me someone would be out by the end of the day. Nick came out as promised, told me the issue but that the parts store was closed that late in the day. Promised to pick up the part as soon as they opened and come back to install it. Nick and Sam arrived on time, got our heat working again and took the time to let us know preventative measures we can take to avoid emergencies in the future. These guys are great! They do what they say and pricing is reasonable. They’re the ones I’ll call first from now on!

They do what they say they're going to do and they do it in the least amount of time possible to get a good job done for the least amount of course.

Sam & Nick have been to my home a few times now to work on my existing heat pump/diagnose the heat issues I was having. They gave me a fair quote for a replacement option and had a quick turnaround for installation. They were both extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Because of them, Suretech will be my go to company for all my HVAC needs moving forward!
