I had a great experience purchasing a preowned vehicle. Jeff was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Great customer service by everyone I encountered.

Purchase of used car went fine. They did not have title to the car they sold me, which was not discussed. I just assumed a car dealership would have the legal title to all the cars they are selling (my mistake). I waited 60 days to get the title and only heard back from them when I called in to ask about why it was taking so long. They do not have a title, I am currently on day 30 of waiting for a bonded title (90 days total at this point). Getting ahold of anyone in the store is like pulling teeth, constant promises of callbacks and updates, but I am not getting any unless I call in every 7-10 days. Would not recommend under any circumstance, very dishonest and not interested in even starting the process of making it right. Take your money and business elsewhere.
