I took my new RAV4 in for a "Pre Collision Malfunction" after scheduling to bring it in, they called and said they were busy and couldn't get to my vehicle that day. They fixed it the next day but failed to return a call to find out what they did before I picked it up. When I picked it up, I was told it was recalibrated it and said it was fixed. I drove 2 hours, parked it and when I started it there was the same error message... Called for service and They said a manager would call me back. After leaving three messages in four days, I still have yet to be called back. Worst customer service!

Brittany at Westside Toyota was AWESOME! She answered all my questions, she was very patient with me today! She got me in to a new 2024 Tacoma. All around a great experience. I will make sure I will work with her again when it’s time for me to get another vehical!

I was looking to trade in my 2013 Camry Hybrid and Kyle Mellon, from Westside Toyota, was super helpful as I began discernment on the vehicle to buy. He, along with another employee, Maria Berardi, provided information on both the car and the benefits of buying from Westside Toyota. I looked at both a small 2024 Corolla Cross or a 2024 Camry XLE. We decided to go with a Camry due to the greater flexibility of adjustable passenger seats. In conversation with Kyle, and doing some additional research on the Camry, I realized the 2025 Camry would be totally redesigned and include all the features I was looking for. When I told Kyle I wanted to wait until the 2025 Camry XLE were available he said “sounds like a good plan.” After placing a deposit, I waited until mid April, 2025 when they became available and Kyle immediately called and we finalized the specifics of the car I wanted to buy. Needless to say, the car arrived and I am happily driving a 2025 Camry XLE and signing praises for the sales team at Westside Toyota. I was warmly greeted by Maria, Kyle and other sales person on the floor and then, when finalizing payments I was given options for add-ons that were not pressure sales but honest conversations. Thank you, Westside Toyota and I will be changing my maintenance dealership for my 2019 Rav4 to Westside Toyota in the future, too. Dan Bryant, Brooklyn, OH.

As difficult as buying a car is, Jacob Zeits made it so much easier. I found a great car for a great price, and Jacob walked me through it the entire way. He was always available to talk or text, and he was up front about the car. I looked at many other dealerships, but I’m glad I stopped at Westside Toyota.

I have been buying or leasing Volkswagens since 2014 I decided to switch it up because I wanted a truck so I went to Westside Toyota from the moment I entered the building I was greeted and felt like they wanted me there Brittany Ayala was more than awesome I wasn’t pressured into buying they actually listened to the options I wanted and gave me choices of what was available to me. Since I had my 2024 Tacoma I’ve had nothing but compliments like wow it looks like a beast it’s beautiful and I have had someone walking around video taping it and them commenting that thing is sick LOL. If you’re in the market for a good dealership that respects you as a customer I can’t say enough good things about my experience I highly recommend them.

Great dealership in a relaxed environment with very fair prices. Hanna Sell, Al Phillips, and Maria Berardi made the usual unpleasant car buying experience enjoyable. Never felt pressured to buy and they provided all the information I requested. Would recommend you request them for your next car purchase.
