In recent times, finding good customer service has been quite a challenge, and it often feels like we’re settling for the bare minimum. However, the team at Westside Toyota went above and beyond my expectations. By the time I left, I felt like part of their family. Courtney & Issa professionalism shone through as she patiently answered all my questions and guided my son and me through the process of purchasing his first car. It was a fantastic experience, and their genuine care for us made the wait feel insignificant. Both were incredibly kind to my son and I, understood our budget, never pressuring us to buy anything beyond our means or pushing unnecessary warranties.

While we waited for finance to secure the best interest rate, we also had the chance to meet the sales manager, Bob, who was equally friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota for any car purchase, whether new or used. I know that my next purchase or trade-in will definitely be with them, as it’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their work and maintains a higher standard than the rest.

Samantha Stoltz at Westside Toyota is a ROCKSTAR! She made the task of getting a new vehicle easy and hassle-free. I was interested in a car I saw listed on their website and put in an online inquiry, Samantha got back to me within the hour to set something up for me to view it on the lot.
After stopping in for the test drive, I purchased the vehicle. Samantha walked me through the process with top notch customer service. She went over the paperwork in detail, answered any questions I had, and when I would have to wait, she made sure to check on me if I needed anything.
