I arrived for my appointment to purchase the vehicle for Hanna Sell who has called me the day before to confirm my appointment, but when I got there I learned that she was no where to be found and the car was sold yesterday as well. I am very disappointed in her for lack of communication, and unprofessionalism that cost us our time. I will carefully consider to take my future business elsewhere to avoid further delay.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a used Toyota Sienna from Westside. Hannah Sell was courteous and willing to get us any information we needed throughout the process. She even pitched in to help clean several overlooked spots from detailing. Overall, that's the one area that was lackluster. We will definitely be considering them for any future purchases or potential service.
