She took the time to walk us through every step, helped us customize our vehicle with the exact features we wanted, and kept us updated with excellent communication throughout.

Even with our customizations, our Corolla Cross was delivered in just about a month and a half — incredibly quick! We’ve now had our vehicle for over three months, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s everything we hoped for and more.

We took our 2025 Limited in for our first Toyotacare service. The van is 8 months old with 4000 miles. One of the items they were supposed to do according to their paperwork was rotate the tires. When we got the paperwork after the service was completed , the N/A box was checked next to the rotated tire box. I’m not sure why they didn’t complete the service they listed on their work order to be performed.
The system they have for picking up your vehicle after service is poorly setup. They line the cars up bumper to bumper in the pickup area. Our vehicle was sandwiched between two other vehicles. We had to wait until the customers in front of us departed the service area before we could leave.

overall car buying experience was pleasant. The main reason I chose Westside Toyota was because of Bob. I will choose to buy a car here again in the future.
