My sales Consultant Ed MOLINA was courteous, kind, and patient, with good communication skills and product knowledge, and knew my needs. He acted as a bridge between the dealership and the customer. He built trust and I felt comfortable. Following up if I need anything, feel free to contact him. He is very professional I'm happy and 100% satisfied with the purchase of my 2021 Acura. I will recommend Sunnyside to anyone who wants to buy a nice car.

I was looking to buy my first car on my own and I went to Sunnyside Acura. My family has bought multiple vehicles from this dealership already. We knew we wanted Alex! We have had Alex as our salesman multiple times and I knew I wanted him to help me get my first car. I went up know exactly what I wanted. Alex was nothing but wonderful and helpful. Alex makes you feel like you are family which is such a refreshing feeling that does not always happen at a dealership. Alex was patient and very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and what it would take to get me into my car. We were at the dealership from 10am-6pm and during that time Alex made sure we felt confident and informed about my purchase. I did not expect to be able to buy my dream car that weekend but because of Alex, Steve, and Franklin we were able to get me my dream car at a young age. Steve is very knowledgeable in the finance department. He was very patient and very helpful in finding me the best deal possible for my money. He was able to lock me in at a lower interest rate than I ever pictured and was able to get me a monthly payment lower that I was expecting with great insurance tacked on! They were nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging throughout the whole process. They were able to give me a deal of the century and I could not be more happy with my purchase and the individuals who helped make it happen. It has been a week since I bought the car and Alex is still checking it to see how I love the car and if I have any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend Sunnyside Acura, the team and Alex. I highly recommended requesting Alex to be your salesman. I will continue to go back to Sunnyside Acura because of the hospitality, service, ease of purchase, and knowledgable staff.
