Absolute terrible service from the lady at the service department.Very misinformed she didn’t know how to communicate properly.Wasted my day there waiting for them to get my car into service when I made an appointment a full week in advance.Was told ahead of time over the phone that I was able to get a loaner but didn’t receive one.The lady needs re-evaluation on customer service, her service was absolutely terrible! I Wont be going back there ever again.They had a full week to get verification from the warranty company, so when I got there everything could have gone smoothly, and instead I wasted a day.

We are always taken care of here at Sunnyside. The Service department is top notch. Stacey, Juan, Dan, Jason, Jonathan, and all the other team members deserve this 5 star rating! At our recent visit, Stacey exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful. Only the best is what you expect, and what you'll get!

I am Joe from Phoenix, I am an experienced car enthusiast and I generally don’t buy from dealers but Idy, Mark Hanna & Andrew changed my mind. From the first call, Andrew rose to the occasion and took a lot of additional pics for me. I’m not an easy customer, I am polite and I express gratitude freely but I am experienced and I do not speak unless I know what I’m talking about. I am a business man and having owned two dealerships, I just want a “fair” deal. I was looking for a hard to find Vehicle, to be specific I was looking for a HUMMER H3 Alpha, the rare V8 version of the smallest HUMMER, and I was looking for the right miles, and I was looking for the right condition and when I saw that this dealership had one in their inventory I was interested because I know Acura dealerships will not keep preowned vehicles for Inventory, unless they exceptional, they will simply sell it off
to an auction. They peaked my interest, they treated me extremely well and they even took it to an independent repair shop to have another inspection done. They took countless pictures and did everything that they could to make me feel comfortable buying it site unseen from 2700 miles across the country. These three men are now my friends. And I hope we meet in person someday because they are people that I would love to associate with. Do not hesitate to buy from Sunnyside Acura and if you are blessed enough to get to work with Andrew, Mark or Idy you will be well respected and well serviced.
