I had a flawless buying experience in Jan 2020- working with Jesse was easy, quick and painless. As I live an hour from the dealership, he was able to handle a lot of the prep work remotely ensuring when I went in for the test drive and ultimate purchase of my vehicle, everything was in place, saving us both a lot of time.

Fast forward 11 months later. I had to call Jesse today out of the blue with a question about my car warranty. Within 5 minutes, he had all the information I needed on hand!

Financing only! Chris suggested I pay a $500 deposit to hold an advertised vehicle until they resolved title issues. When he found out I would not be financing the vehicle, Chris advised that I would need to visit the store, but they might sell the vehicle 18 times before I got there. (I assumed that they would sell to any one of 18 buyers, and not that they are actually selling the same vehicle 18 times.) In pressing why he would take a deposit to hold a vehicle and then sell it to someone else before I got to the lot, Chris explained that they were a small dealership and only interested in financing. Your website looks professional and clearly lists a purchase price. The run-around is not professional. Just say "Financing only."

It was fine

I twice recently had my vehicle in for service and both times was asked by text if I would like a free valuation of my car. I replied yes both times. No valuation was ever done.

The dealership continues to honor its VIP perks. I had my state inspection appointment, and I was called to ask if I was able to come in early due to a cancellation. The costumer service agent and the mechanic or technician were quick and very personable. The technician even ask if there was any other concerns.

Great staff and great service

April in Customer Service got my appointment set and confirmed and Mark got the work done on time as promised. Very much appreciate the level of service, customer engagement, and quality of the staff.
