I had my truck serviced here multiple times. Every time I've had it serviced I've had to bring it back to have nuts and bolts tightened most recently having almost my entire suspension system replaced and leaving with the same clank. It was the brand new sway bar. Links they installed were loose so they retightened them. I left and they still clanked. They told me that I needed a new wheel bearing but discovered that the sway bar link was yet again loose.

Everybody went above and beyond to make this a quick and painless transaction. This is our third truck purchased from Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Thanks for making it easy!

Dropped truck off with no appointment first thing Monday Morning. I had it back by Wednesday afternoon! Super quick! And they kept me informed with the progress as it went along. (Had to order parts) 10/10 recommend!
