The service department is well run, very friendly, and efficient. Even made sure I wanted to get my oil changed as it wasn't time for one. We were leaving on an extended trip so I requested it earlier. Nice to know they make sure what I asked for really needed to be done. Also, they checked cabin filters stove we were going to be gone when those were due. Love that they run my car through the car wash too.

Study the small print carefully before you go to look at a car at Bloomington Normal Automall. Agents there are helpful and friendly, but the company has built-in surprise pricing. They added thousands of dollars to the advertised price for a non-negotiable ceramic coating (which, by the way, costs almost twice as much at BNA as elsewhere). If the preowned vehicle is certified, this cost will also not be included in their advertised price. Another surprise. Be careful here and do your homework before you go. I felt deceived.

I purchased a beautiful 2015 Subaru Forester from BloNo Subaru and a week later it died at 2 stop lights. I took it back for repairs and they had my car for a week before they told me the transmission needed replaced due to the wrong oil being put in it. That week was very stressful and upsetting, because I had to call 3 and 4 times to get anyone on the phone and they never once allowed me to speak with a mechanic. Andre, the Pre-owned Sales Manager, was designated as my point of contact and he seemed to have no real understanding of automechanics. I told him I was willing to wait the 2 months he said it would take to replace the transmission and he told me he would rather lose $2000 sending it back to auction than $5000 to replace the transmission. So a I agreed on a full refund, even though what I really wanted was my car to be repaired. I have since found the vehicle at a dealership in Wisconsin and learned that they are replacing the transmission. So I am happy that I was given a full refund. I would still not recommend doing business with this dealership, because their service department and customer service are trash. After reading reviews and speaking with another area Subaru dealership, it seems that the issues I had are consistent problems here.

It's all you expect from a high-quality dealer. Very happy with my car. It was a bit more than I was planning on having to pay at the end with the usual dealer fees and add-ons and such, (my 6k down payment did not make nearly the dent I hoped it would), but in the end I think it'll be worth it. A low mileage car with solid warranties and excellent service. Not sure if I would have found a better deal elsewhere, but I didn't want/have time to fuss with bouncing from town to town. So, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff there were very friendly and professional.
