Dr. Agarwal was born in India and immigrated to the US in 1975. He stood 1st in his class in his 2nd and 4th year of dental school. He was the Best Dental Graduate of his class. He has been licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Florida since 1977. He has taken numerous continuing education courses so he can provide his patients with the best modern and comfortable care.
Dr. Agarwal is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Northeast Florida Dental Association, and Jacksonville Dental Society.
He has served as an examiner for the Florida State Board of Dentistry for Dental Hygiene and Dental Licensing exams. Our office is a part of the Dental Practice-Based Research Network, doing research with the University of Florida.
