We stayed for 3 nights, and then extended 1 more night. It is a place to stay, which is why it even got a star. Room was decrepit and smelled of mold. Had reasonable accomodations for a short stay, but not an extended one. Most of the people around live there full time. Water pressure in shower sucked and toilet was unusable. Couldn't even pee without having to plunge for several minutes.Report
Mike was always cordial and welcoming when we'd happen upon him, and was also very quick to nip problems in the bud if tenants were being too noisy or anything like that. Eric was also great, when we had trouble with our card key, he reprogrammed the door lickety-split and was polite and professional the whole time.
When we extended by one night, Evan came and banged on our door the next morning telling us we needed to come pay for it right away because the night lady shouldn't have added an extra night for us. She previously told me I could come pay at the front desk whenever convenient. I found Evan's customer service extremely lacking at the moment he sought us out so aggressively, but it continued to decline from there.
I grabbed my wallet and took off after Evan, who commenced to bad-mouthing the night lady all the way back to the front office. He mentioned that she's lazy, she's constantly making mistakes such as this, he doesn't understand why she hasn't been fired yet, etc. I found the night lady to be helpful, so I didn't think these things, and he is entitled to his opinion, but we have to draw the line at talking derogatorily about a coworker in front of a customer! Not only was this inappropriate, but since Evan felt the need to text his manager about night lady messing things up RIGHT NOW, he kept me waiting to make my payment and 2 other guests behind me waiting for an issue that had nothing to do with them! Surely the manager could be filled in later, instead of holding up the one-man desk for Evan to type them a short novel?
Ultimately it was a place to stay, but I wouldn't go back. We had busy daytime schedules, so were really only there for sleeping, and that's what made it tolerable. Given the various desk people dealt with, I didn't feel comfortable making a complaint until we were safely out of there. As a matter of fact, this reminded me to check and make sure my deposit came back, because Evan insisted that even though I booked through Priceline that had no deposit fee, that I still needed to pay one. Luckily that cleared and is back.
It is the cheapest in town. At least I would hope.Report
Positive: The night man, was very friendly and took his watch very seriously- eliminating any person or thing that would disturb others. Negative: The toilet wouldn't flush paper without being plunged & shower pressure was terrible, I'd have had more luck getting conditioner out of my hair by going out in the rain! The place smelled of mold, also.Evan was disrespecting coworkers in from of guests.Report
miserable place, unhappy people work there. Had been bugs, TV didn't work and some towels were dirty and they wouldn't exchange them. The phone didn't work either.Report

bad experience
Evans was great. Customer service/front desk. So was the woman before him. We just want to stay slightly past 11am. I stripped the bedding, threw out all the trash and we were packed. All I asker for was housekeeping to clean pur room last. I've been in the customer service for 20+ years. I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!Report
Our condo was getting treated for termites. We even offered to pay there redicilous
