Subaru of Winchester

We worked with Glenn over the past week or so. As anyone shopping for cars is probably aware, inventory right now is crazy low, and trying to get the car we wanted has been a challenge. When we saw that CMA would have one, we reached out and Glenn was incredibly accommodating and kind and worked with us to secure a deposit on the car we wanted, completely remotely. He even dealt with our antsy check-ins with professional stride.

Subaru of winchester is always friendly. Has quick service. They are very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone getting their vehicle serviced. Had my vehicle fixed and on its way.

Recently bought a 2021 WRX from Gary and the whole transaction was easy and quick. We were about to buy one in Pennsylvania but weren't happy with how we were being treated by their sales team. Called CMA and Gary answered the phone…the rest is history! Gary is one of the kindest guys you'll ever have the chance of meeting. Honestly, we didn't even want a WR blue WRX (we wanted silver) but we knew after talking to Gary on the phone that we'd buy blue if it meant we were buying from him. Can't recommend this dealership enough and will definitely return in the future! From sales to financing, the service was great!

Brought a vehicle in for new tires and oil change. Asked CMA to check passenger front tire for leak. Nothing discovered. Tires ordered, to be delivered on Wednesday 24Nov. As of Friday, 26Nov, tires had no tracking.

CMA did not return my wheel lock key. Purchased tires elsewhere, where they immediately found the leak in the tire that CMA said didn't exist.

The manager: Cindy Bouch was extremely rude and condescending. Her attitude as she tried to leave on thanksgiving break was unacceptable and she treated me not like a customer, and not even like a human. I will absolutely NEVER use CMA again for any Subaru work based solely on their irresponsibility in losing a wheel lock key and the lack of professionalism from the manager.

This is NOT what any of us expect as a Subaru client
