Wish I could give zero stars. Went in, asking about 2 specific models of Subaru. We are knowledgeable about the brand. Sales person had a mocking attitude, wasn't sure what was on the lot, and wasn't interested in selling a car. He seemed to think that his day is a big joke. He told us he would go look for a key or two. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for him to come back, we left. I will walk across town to work before going back here.

Hands down the BEST place to purchase a vehicle. Our family has bought three cars from Dan over the last year in a half. We have always been treated like family. Dan and the entire team at Schulte make buying a car pleasant. They are always prepared. Everything is ready to go when they say it is. Dan is one of the most genuine people I've met. He cares and loves what he does and it shines through when you are working with him. Thank you Dan and Shulte for taking care of my entire family! We will never buy a car from any place else.
I'm conflicted because I like Shulte Subaru. I appreciate the company's values and how charitable they are but my problem is definitely in the service cost and efficiency. I think 100 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation is a pretty ridiculous price point. It would probably be better if it didn't take minimum of an hour to get your oil changed especially when you scheduled an appointment.
Love this place as Andrew always delivers and knows what I want. With being a different world right now covid happens and he had a assistant that was amazing not knowing all the answers but was honest and quick with a answer from the manager. Love the team work there I'll be back I promise.
Had a great conversation with Austin in the internet department after I submitted questions about a 2013 ford explorer. He got back to me in a timely manner. When it was time to deal with Zach the salesman Zach didn't always get back to me right away but did a good job of keeping in contact with me through out the process. The deal wasn't exactly what I wanted but that's partly to blame on the current market and me having a vehicle that is 19 years old to trade and they probably don't want something like that on their lot. The trouble I have with this whole deal is the fact that I paid good money for a quality used car and they failed to properly detail the car. There were French fries in the cubby hole under the radio. Dirt tracked in on the passenger side front door sill, they were going to buff some door scuffs and didn't touch any of it. I guess to me if you want to be reputable it's all about the details and the little details just fell through the cracks on this deal. Hopefully they will reach out and try and resolve this.
Update: 11/30/21 I was contacted by Amber and Jason, they both were understanding and wanted to do whatever it takes to make the purchase satisfactory!! They issued vouchers for a local car wash so I could get it cleaned up!! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and do what it takes to take care of your customers!!!
I will definitely be contacting you when my 16 y/o son needs an upgrade.
